Default air inlet tubes location.

I've seen some guys move these to the outside of the frame under the seat. Perhaps it does help??? Just wondering if there was room & if anyone ever tried to fab up some "ram air " type ducts. Like maybe aI raditor shroud that had an opening you could run a longer air inlet tube off of?

I know when I added ram air to my old Probe GT. what a difference!

Just a thought for those builders.

Andrew,
I hate to say it but the air scoops sound more like, dirt shovels. Great place for dirt / sand to get in to plug up the filter.
