polishing information needed

scotch brite discs are awesome! Any machine shop tool catalog will have them. As for polishing wheels and compound, go to sears thats where i bought mine, cost about $20,for everything i needed for the bigger parts.

On the hard to reach areas I use the die grinder with the sanding cones from Eastwood. I start with about 180 at and go to 320. Then I dip the sanding cones in grinders grease and it brings it to an exelent shine. The equivelent of mothers polish. It is hard to do a large spot this way because it leaves to many marks in it. This has saved me a lot of time.
