OOPS......knew I forgot something!!! Thanks for the reminder.
A good filter would not hurt either.

I also recommend a bottle heater.

you don't have to have it but there is a fuel pressure switch that if you lose fuel pressure will shut the system down.

Yea the hobbs switch is the fuel pressure switch. I have always hated them they are very unreliable some more then other. The first one I used was the best and never give me any probs, But a few other I have used all give me problems. Nothing more aggravating then trying to spray it and it not working because the hobbs switch is inacurate and has changed adjustment. Some people swear buy them, it is all a matter of opinion. Bottle heater is good to have on cool days when it isn't warm enough to maintain good bottle psi.

All my internals are stock. Depends on how much you are wanting to spray it, stock internals will do just fine with lower shots. The most I run is a 20 shot. Nitrous isn't hard on parts, a properly intalled and tuned system with normal shots will last just as long as if it didnt have nitrous. Nitrous couldnt be any easier on a single cylinder motor.

You can run NOS on a completely stock motor. I am running a system on a 04 Baja that is completely stock. Like everything you need to use it in moderation on a stock motor, You will get in trouble the higher you go on NOS. You can run a 15hp shot and not have any problems....... And I haven't seen any problems going a little higher but you just increase your chances.........

I finally had a chance to get some pictures up of one of my NOS installs. The solonoids are mounted under the gas tank cover tucked out of the way and the fuel pump is located in the air box.
