Just bought a 2002 DS

What kind of factory problems were there? I love this quad! I just want to know what to look out for. Thanks!

On the 02 I think the bugs were pretty muched worked out. Just watch out for getting the oil pressure sensor switch wet. It will cause the red light on the dash to stay on.

At what temp. should the fan turn on? How can I tell if it should be on?

I think it comes on at 205 degrees.

if you sit and let it idle for a long while it will come on, or if the red light comes on and you don't hear the fan it might not be working.
