That is a tough break!! Sounds like the riding area needs a little safety workup.
I'm also glad to hear that the insurance company stepped up to the plate to take care of it for you. I would have almost expected them to give you 600 bucks and keep the machine.
I just hope your bones heal correctly, and you have enough patience to get back on the machine slow and steady, so as not to further injure yourself.
