Do you have competitive prices on the jug? What if I want to run the 108mm jug and pistin ( I think you offer that), Will the piston weigh substancially more? Can we run stock bottom end w/ 108mm without case work. THAT is what im interested in, what needs to be done to the head for the 108 piston from 105.5, (is it even possible). Im not trying to get prices in public, but there are other combos Ive been thinking about for a while now. I have been thinking about this 108 stock stroke set up with duall lectrons for many months now.

look on the side of the cylinder above where it says team pami in both of those pics i posted and they both have 2 round circles and along with the grind marks i would say its a pami cylinder.
Its not right to take a pami cylinder and grind all their markings off it and call it your own like you did on CapeWindy's motor. Still havent heard anything on your own cast cylinder or did you decide to keep using pami's cylinder as your own or are you still copying it for your casting? It is unfortunate that this is happening to such a upstanding group of people. My motor has been @ HP Research since June and all I can say is that good things will happen for those who will wait. I don't blame Eric or Randal for the delay, I know that they are waiting as well.

The 108mm bore on a stock stroke is not available as of now. I have talked to Gottfried, there is something about the weight of the piston and short stroke not worked out yet. I asked about it for my bike.
Right now the problem is the EURO. to dollar exchange. Each Euro is equal to about $1.25 give or take each day. At one time it was about .75 for each Euro. You can just look on Pami's web site and see each of their products and cost.
All of there kits are proven. The 703/725/760 are still the most reliable you see running. The 830cc are 1 off's. The only 2 in the states (you know) are East and West coast. There is just a few extra pieces (for repair) left in Germany.
The prices are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I have only had one problem with a cylinder but I guess if you run as much NOS as I do, it happens and it's not always the parts fault.
Just because some of the new parts bolt together easier with the stock stuff, does that make it's Better? Faster ? Live longer?
Only time will tell.

Jetsnow..I've been reading this post and have one question that I don't think has been asked..but should have been. When this CapeWindy guy bought this jug from Mr. HP, was he given the impression that this was an all new casting..or an early pre-production unit....Better yet, has anyone even asked this CapeWindy what he bought.
Seems to me that there are alot of other guys in here that have kits on order from Mr. HP and are still waiting...why are they waiting if a Pami jug is regularly available.
SOMEBODY PLEASE ASK THIS CapeWindy guy????
