Any tricks to the hub bolts.
Justin:
Are you talking about the studs for your lug-nuts?
I think those are an 8mm allen.
I used my 3/8" socket drive allens. Craftsman has a nice little set I'ld suggest you pick up. With how much you work on your quad you'll find them useful many times.
I'ld like to get a 1/4" drive set of them too but, haven't seen that one yet.

Are you talking about the wheel studs? If so, it should be a M10 x 40 Socket Head Screw. A nice set of allen tip sockets work great.
The hub nut is the big bolt holding the hub on to the axle. It has a cotter pin locking it on. An impact makes an easy job of removing it.

I already have a set of the 3/8" allen. I cannot fit them between the hub and brake plate. Even the short end of the allen wrench will not fit. When I say will not fit I am not talking 8mm vs. 10mm I am talking about the space between the hub and brake plate. No one else has had this problem?

I believe you are talking about the FRONT wheel studs, I assumed you were talking about the rear. The clearences between the front hub and the brake rotor are tight, even if you could get your wrench in their, I doubt there would be enough room to back the bolt out. I have never removed the front hub, but it looks like you will have to in order to replace the stud.
