Default Octane and elevation?

lol- I actually break the motors in on a paved road @ Pabco. I just cruize up and down the pave road like its a streetbike. Going throught the gears. THEN I take it to Dumont once jetting is safe and dropp the hammer after that.

BTW- How is your bike running w/ the new cams and such, will you be @ dumont for new years?

Default Octane and elevation?

The main reason you are able to run pump gas with the 12.5:1 on the atk's is the stroke is shorter then on the ds motor. Stroke plays a big part in detonation. The shorter the stroke the more compression you are able to run and still get away with pump gas.

Default Octane and elevation?

Hey guys today I put in my piston,lectron and intake, and well the only way it will start is if I pull start it. It is turning over fast enough with the starter but wont start. ANY IDEAS?
