The hub nuts are right hand threads. Then the aluminum nut next to the brake disk (loosen pinch bolt first) needs to be TIGHTENED enough to remove the clip, then turn counterclockwise and remove. Remove brake calipers, pull disk/hub off and axle should pull out of the right side. (Chain has to be taken off too.)

If I missed anything feel free to chime in.............anybody???

Really watch it riding on bad bearings. You may have damaged your axel (this is more for future readers, obviously nothing you can do about it now.)

Key item:
1. The axel nut is on the left side of the bearing carrier. You need to loosen (remove) the little screw on the nut and then you TIGHTEN it on the axel - towards the bearing carrier. Now, you can remove the pin that the axel nut is tightened against. Careful not to bend it. Remove it to the left side of the axel.
