Default front race sag which is correct?

i was reading an article on a website tonight i forget the name but it was somehuy from bombardier that said the front race sag should be set between 2 and 3 inches and toe out at 1/2 inch, everything i have read in the past posts most people recommend setting your front sag at 3 1/2 and toe out at 1/8, which is better i am a stocky rider 225 lbs lol, his recommendations were for heavy or aggressive riders 2 to 3 at the front and 3 to 4 at the rear and opinions? thanks again brothers

p.s. what are the settings on the rear shock when it comes from the factory? compression, rebound, dampening? thanks

The front sag should be between 3-4" I would set your toe at neutral, take it out for a high speed ride, if it is a little twitchy at high speeds, toe it out some more, like 1\8 or 1\4. Set your sag 1st.
