Does anyone know what TVI's latest clutch setup is? They must be having clutch issues.
I cannot get more than an hour out of a brand new clutch. This is with a 9 disc setup and PAMI springs. 14 paddle 25" tires with 17/38 gearing launching in 2nd gear at 10,000RPM is hell on clutch.

I run the 9 disc w/ pami springs also. Do you do a swirl light sanding on the steel plates w/ 600 grit. Thats has worked best for my set up. Ive been running 17-40 w/ hard 2nd gear launches and mines just starting to slip up after 2 months. If the plates are sanded too much they tend to rip off the fiber pieces.
I also run valvoline 20/50 motorcycle oil $2.98 a quart from checker its the best ive used out of many.
Also,JMO- if I skip a few weekends without changeing my oil I think POSSIBLY it could put more ware on the clutch if riding very hard. I usually change my oil after every 2 tanks of gas and it seemed to hold better. Tiny particles of even semi-dirty oil could possibly put more grit in the clutch system causeing the clutch to slick up and ware down too early.

What is it about Banshee Riders? At Sand Mt. you see a lot of them without helmets. . . mostly the Shee riders.

Very nice.....
Sure hate to see folks ride with no helmet though. At least the Turbo rider knows better.
