Any Outlander Max owners?
I like mine. With the longer wheelbase it spins and slides easy in 2WD, pretty fun!!! You can do donuts for hours. I can tell when riding 2up but it still accelerates pretty good, people that ride behind me can't believe a 400 has that much power. I don't think the ride can be beat, but I think a tire with stiffer sidewalls, more air, or stiffer suspension would help my handling. It feels a little mushy in the front when turning while going downhill.

Probs: it's a bit narrow, especially when riding with a passenger, when it might become just a little bit tippy when ridding on difficult terrain. I have spacers on mine, and it's much better now.
Brakes suck when wet (must be like yours).
pros: the extra wheight of the passenger doesn't reflect much on performance, which is fairly good for just a 400 with all that weight!
The ride is basically like your's, great suspension!
In fact, the quad is just like the regular outlander, just a bit longer.
If you're planning on riding regularly with a passenger, then it's a great choice.
If not, you're better off with your quad.
Hope it helped!
