Default Chain adjustment bolt broke

Hey all last night i was adjusting my chain and ever since i had my ds this one bolt the far left side one has had bad threads or something well it finaly broke off half of its stuck in there. Im planning on drilling it out and retapping it then replacing all the bolts with better stronger ones. Anyone else have this problem or did i just get bad bolt threads.

The 04 X must have a diff. swing arm other than just length. The pre 04 DS's bolt has a nut on the end. If you snap the bolt it will fall out of the hole. And then all ya need is a new bolt and nut. Not good to here that if you stip the threads in the swing arm your screwed. Kinda suprised Bombarier went that route on the 04's.
