I will tell you that you can gain alot with a finly tuned stock carb. My stock bike with a modified end cap and tuned carb willfun with some stage 2 ds. I was amazed! Me an d my dad went all through the carb. So yes tuning the carb makes a world of diffrence. If oyu need any info pm I will be glad to help.

Just adjusting the carb wont do much.
But if you increase the air flow, both into and out of the motor, then youll see an increase. Its a package deal, intake, carb and exhaust, all three have to be improved, just doing one ...doesnt do it.

well if they already have say the one thing (say its a pipe) and are super rich....jetting the carb will gain them power...cant really say how much jetting will give you, because i could tune my ds so it barely runs, and makes 30 hp....jet it correctly and gain 10 hp.
