Ive seen both the 720 / 730 big bores as well as the Turbo EFI perform. If you like wide open racing, such as dune drags and flat racing, I would think the Turbo would be nice. However, You can get just the EFI and the big bore and I would think that set up would be better for trails and low end power. From what I have seen, the turbos do take a little longer time to spool up and get the power to the wheels. But once they do - LOOK OUT! Of couse, you can always get it all and have it all!

It could be done! I almost went that route. The DS fly wheel puller can be made to permanently attach to the fly wheel. A seal would have to be put in place of the flathead plug on the side case to seal against the new shaft . Atach a pulley to the shaft and thats that. I found a place that makes Super-chargers for Sport-bikes,and for 1600 bucks they had one that would be perfect for the Rotax 650. The Super-charger was innovative, and used the same principle as a torque converted does in your automatic tranny. This allows the engine to start with NO additional drag on the crank.

And you can use a carb with this set-up, or go with EFI.

Bigger.

I was about to by a RWR stage III kit when I ran across the turbo I looked hard at both.
RWR 50 + hp Turbo 65 + with stock motor. My quad puts out about 85 hp on gas and just about 100 on alky. I race my bike in the desert and we get in some site stuff. And It has plenty of power to sling my 265 lbs butt around. At lower rpm’s
