Maybe some hope

They said I need to send or fax them a copy of the police report. The only police report I have received from them didn’t even have my trailer and ATV as stolen. I have been trying to get someone to return my calls ( Det. Rick Eberle) the det. on my case, and he has NEVER returned my calls.
IF I don’t hear back from him today, I guess I will try to call someone else.
The county has to have a police report to release anything or it will end up at an auction.
The lady at the county office said she has had about 200 calls to see if their stolen ATV is there.

if i was you i would get down there in person, be polite and dont get pissed off (on the outside at least). but be persistant if you just keep whining on eventualy they will realisethat you aint giving up and help you out, less hassle than trying to blow you off.

also If you get it sorted out and get your stuff back, I would then and only then write a page long story to your local news paper about how much the police department sucked during this whole sorry episode.

As Hippyhunter posted on the other thread, the county office told him there was only
ONE ATV found..They did not tell me this, but they didn't tell me much except they need a police report.
I sent an email to the chief about how they screwed up pretty much everything only I worded it nicely, and told him NOBODY has ever contact me from the Tulsa PD. about the police report.
I also sent an email to the reporter that did the story I had posted in the link here, and asked if there was 1 ATV or several. I know channel 2 news story says ATVs. I would think ATVs would be plural
