Hi -

Soon I will be getting a Traxter XT (can't wait!), but after reading about the new Traxter with the "automatic shift", I can't help but wonder if the XT will also have this feature, at some point. Has anyone heard any rumor about the XT soon getting this feature?

Thanks in advance.

As of right now, it isn't an option for '01. I've been pricing XTs, and the dealers have told me that there haven't been any significant changes for the new model year.

Tim, Ive been playing the Traxter game, they have the thumb shift electric and now coming out with a foot shift, but never heard of a "auto" type.
Yes, you will love the Traxter or the XT version.

Thanks for the information, SprintPusher. Check this site out and you can see their information about the "auto shift" Traxter.

Thanks for the info, I was not aware of the auto mode they are offering, looks interesting indeed.
Thanks again.
