Duneme yes its all tuned on the dyno. 38 runs worth . Woods ported intake. KN with snorkle, no air box, TM45, woods cdi. I'm thinking she's breathing but the stock pipe aint that bad with an end cap. In a few weeks I'll run my old racing buddy and see how it really runs, but he got his dyno tuned and picked up a little extra too It will probably still be really close, but thats half the fun!!

Other than the stage 1, it's stock. I even played with the 15 tooth sprocket for the dunes, but it really hurt the top end. I normally run at about 450 feet elevation.

That just doesnt sound right, a full stage 1 kit and u only gained 1.7 HP and u lost torque, torque should be a huge gain with the carb and exhaust? Doesnt make sense since u said it feels snappier and pulls harder?

What were you max HP, and torque readings, and at what RPM's were they maxing out at, and what tires were you running while on the dyno?

I already had everything but pipe on it, the only difference was the pipe. Tires, gearing, carb, intake, cdi, were all the same. the 1.7 is the difference between my stock pipe with my modded end cap and the RWR full exhaust. the graph for both is on my pics page.

Makes perfect since to me really, If you look at the Graph, you will see the the Woods pipe biulds power in the mid-range and well into the upper RPM's. and the Modded endcap has a good low low end burst, but if you ride were you use the entire powerband then the Woods pipe will feels much better. and you will feel your quad is running stronger cause it is in the RPM range you ride in.

BIgger.

51.7 h.p for a stage one sounds like a pretty good number to me....the second set of lines ( im guessing is the ron woods stage 1) seems to put the power where u are going to want it, the power band is wider..

Can't complain about the HP. numbers, I just thought I would have gained a little bit more than that over a stock pipe.
