Help-Is this possible?
This has happened to me before but not on my quad. It happened to me on an air compressor. The problem was that I had left the fuel on and the carb bowl overflowed and the gas ran down into the intake valves then down the cylinder past the piston and into the crankcase. Are you leaving the fuel petcock on while your DS is not in use?

To add to what MongoDS is saying. I don't think leaving the petcock on is gonna cause fuel to run into the bowl and overflow the bowl unless the neddle valve has stuck open because of debris. Or if your float level is set to high.
Another reason would be if for some reason someone is twisting the throttle while it sits. Ya got kids around your quads??

Yea, Dave told me a little while ago that my float level is not correct and that it's over flowing while the bike is just sitting thetre. Because i do not just the gas off.
Also lots of people like to try out my throttle, so to speak because it's so stiff.
