Default Exhaust end cap

Have any of you had problems with the end cap on your exhaust vibrating loose. i am having this problem with my Big gun system and a buddy is having the same issue on his Yoshi pipe. is this normal with the Ds650? Is it a vibraTION ISSSUE? Looks Like I will have to tap new holes and then lock tight them in place.

Default Exhaust end cap

i have the stock pipe with mr hp end cap , it has never came loose.
try the stud lock not sure how it will like the high temp though. you might also want to get some of those serated anti vibration washers, the real spikey ones.

Default Exhaust end cap

My endcap has been great. I noticed my steel perforated, silencer, has been getting loose and vibrating so I removed it to replace the packing and found the end of the exhaust, not cap, was starting to split by the two bolt holes I think by vibration. I rotated the cap and used hi-temp rtv to reseal the exhaust.

With just a clutch spring upgrade since I drove it last I think the banshees are getting slower for some reason.

It's nice to use everyones experiance and ideas to make my weekend in front for the most part.

I really think a weight loss would gain as much as horsepower.
