Have any of you had problems with the end cap on your exhaust vibrating loose. i am having this problem with my Big gun system and a buddy is having the same issue on his Yoshi pipe. is this normal with the Ds650? Is it a vibraTION ISSSUE? Looks Like I will have to tap new holes and then lock tight them in place.

My endcap has been great. I noticed my steel perforated, silencer, has been getting loose and vibrating so I removed it to replace the packing and found the end of the exhaust, not cap, was starting to split by the two bolt holes I think by vibration. I rotated the cap and used hi-temp rtv to reseal the exhaust.
With just a clutch spring upgrade since I drove it last I think the banshees are getting slower for some reason.
It's nice to use everyones experiance and ideas to make my weekend in front for the most part.
I really think a weight loss would gain as much as horsepower.
