engine case covers?

Does any one make plastic or stainlles covers for the side covers on the rotax ? mine is getting a bit tatty looking where my boots hit it near the gear lever

Nope!

TVI offers polished side cases though.

Some have chromed theirs and the other thought was to polish then powder coat (clear).

is it possible to chrome aluminum? i have a buddy here in mn who is the supervisor at a powder coating facility and they chrome there to but i havent talk to him lately to ask about the chroming
