I run the BRP XPS fully synthetic. It was rated as one of the best oils to use. Also, Castrol makes BRP's oil. I use fully synthetic in all my toys. Quad, sled, Harley, mustang. I wouldn't use anything but.

Been using Mobil 1 in everything. Mx4t has no friction modifiers and you can really tell it's some fine oil when you start it up on one of them 10 degree mornings.

The best Synthetic is Redline.
"If you don't have performance clutch springs, then don't run synthetic. It can cause clutch slippage." WRONG
Not all Synthetic oil are equal. Only those Synthetic oils that have added friction modifiers should not be used with wet clutches. Redline has no friction modifiers. Contact redline's tech line and they can give you all the specifics.
Now as far as switching from dyno oil to Synthetic it doesn't matter when you do it. Any quality Synthetic oil will blend with dyno oil without any issues. Hell they even make a blend between the two. Now with that said it is NOT recommend to switch from Synthetic back to dyno oil, so once you start you should stay with Synthetic.......
