What front sprocket should I change it to, Big Gun full exhaust, and sand skate 2s 20x11x10, weight around 170, should drop it to 15 ? Or 14 with the 20" tires ?

I would just drop it to a 15. I have a 15 with 20 inch paddles and its just about perfect for me. With your weight u could probably pull 3 and 4th gear all day at the dunes.

Ive got rw stage 1 kit and 20" tires. I have a 14 and 15. Tried the 15. It will slow you down top end. In the slower dunes, I was constantly shifting between 2nd and 3rd and it got annoying so I switched back to the 16. I hear 22" tires are best with the 15 tooth. PM me if you want to try or buy them. See you at Nascar this weekend.

I have a 14T and a 15T as well as the stock 16T. To answer your question it really depends on the terrain and whether you looking for top speed or low end grunt. With 20" tires I would suggest a 15T. With 22" tires I would switch to the 14T but then again I'm not concerned with overall top speed.
