Default tire problems

I have razor 2 rear tires that are farely new and they were leaking air around the rim so I bought new rims thinking that was the problem, but they are still leaking. The inside of the tire has some rough places, what can I do without replacing the tires

sounds like whoever mounted your tires on the rims messed up. Take it back to them and show them

you have a few choices you can break the bead down, put seam sealer on the beads and re inflate as suggested but to make life easy id suggest going down to the local cycle shop and getting slime its ment to prevent flat tires from punctiures but it should seal your beads and also do its intended job

Shimley, I am currently going through the same damn problem!!! I bought a pair of rear Holeshot HD's and a pair of front Xdrivs. I bought 4 Douglas 190's and had them mounted. It has been the most frustrating thing that has ever happened to my bike. They held air no problem while sitting in the garage. First ride flat rear left. No tire puncture and after putting it in the tank "no leak". Second ride flat tire! Took it back and they cannot figure it out so they put a tube in it. Now I'm having problems with both of my front tires doing the same damn thing. They are sitting in the shop right now getting tubes put in them. I don't know what the hell is going on with these tire manufacturers, but they really need to get their crap together. Anyway the tubes really do work fine.

I have had the same problem with a set of Pure Sport Bandits, although I don't necessarily blame the tire manufacturer. One time I spun the rim inside the tire, and beadlock rims would have prevented that. Another time I had to break down the bead and clean the sand out of the bead, and then reseat the bead. I had been doing some very hard cornering on a sandy race track, and once again, beadlocks would have prevented the problem.

I personally dont like that tire goup, or slime or w/e, if the tires not setting then theres a prob wit the tire, puttin the slime in and then gettin ready to do some hard ridin, doesnt sit well wit me, i want to be 100% confident and not worry about any parts i have on my DS, id take em back to where every u got em and have them replace em
