after this last trip to little sahara i realized just how bad i need to see another dune park, nothing against little sahara ok, but it's getting old seeing the same place over and over. someone told me that taking a trip out to little sahara utah and then hitting saint anthony was a good time. glamis is just to far from here and hot as hell in the summer. i canceled our sturgis harley trip (pissed off a couple people) and want to plan a real dune adventure
thinking late july or early august it's about 1500 miles from here but i think we should be able to spend a couple days at each park. what i need is someone who can tell me what i need for the different parks like spark arrestor and registration any good camp site ect and if someone who lives close by could or would show a couple of wisconsin dune wanabe's the big sand. thanks for the help

jeff, just let us know when you'll be in town and we'll met you for a day or two at little sahara UT. You're bring the bombusa right?
St A's is the place where you'll be able to stretch that things legs- it is the Best!
that time of year can get pretty hot out west too. could be 100 in the shade.

No spark arrestor needed for either area. Both area are fairly relaxed about regulations. You have to have your states registration sticker visible and that will be checked at both mountains depending on the weekend. Duneme and friends will be at St Anthony the weekend from July 8th thru 14th approximately. I am going to try and save them some spots and I will be there at least four of those days. August will be great also. St anthony is cooler than LS utah as far as weather and riding. I may be biased. LS is a great hill for racing and has some great trails but nothing compares to the bowls and severe hills at St. anthony.
