Picked my DS up from the dealer. Recall on axle bearings.
Hi Guys. Well here is the outcome. Dropped off my 2004 DS 650 Baja X at the dealer on Monday morning. They took it apart that day and there was no grease at all in the rear. The mechanic said its a wonder the bearings did not seize but did say the bearings did not show as much wear as he would have thought (running with out being greased). They order the new bearings and seals, called me today and the bike sits in the garage as we speak. OH BOY IT"S TIME TO RIDE ! YEEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
