So, now that the EFI system is more advanced. . . can we get a Supercharger system

Wasn't someone talking about some of the newer R/C airplanes that have low power consumption electric engines?? Boost on demand?

I saw on their site, they say u can get the EFI for standard or meth, but they have there that the EFI will run with race gas or meth, can u get it for pump gas? or are they just saying u can get it with race and meth?
I believe the EFI is just $1595 and the $4500 is just for turbo but i didnt look into it

Traditional thought says that EFI will not yield any more PEAK hp than a properly tuned carb. However, and there is always a "however". The benefit of an EFI, as stated before, is where the EFI makes power. A properly mapped EFI will make power across a much broader powerband. More tq/hp earlier and for longer. Also, the EFI is MUCH less effected by altitude changes and of course start ups are a wonderful thing. I think that a system for 1500 would be a pretty great deal if it was a proven system. Those with the KMS system should speak up.

Inquiring minds would like to know.

I think Cracker has explained the improvements on the KMS system pretty well, you simply specify to the ECU what air/fuel ratio you want to run( in terms of voltage) and the computer holds it there thru the entire rev range, always in tune always maximizing fuel economy, the next generation has been released and I'll be receiving mine next week. Self learning! This system can pretty much be bolted on to any bike and quickly learns the fuel requirements of that particular engine, very slick - no computer needed or know how of map modifications.

For a turbo system The EFI is the only way to go, for naturally aspirated motors you get the benefit of knowing you are always getting peak performance and the best economy, From my recollection the $4500 includes the Turbo system and Fuel injection. I know with the wide band improvement the cost to produce the EFI did go up a little but KMS is working on ways to make the price more attractive.

great system and customer support that's unbeatable!

The website now says $3995 for turbo and efi. Do you think they offer financing?
