What is the best 14:1 piston? Is it JE of the one Mr. HP sells? Or is there another one out there? Thanks for your help, I am going to order one this week.

 

I run a HPR 14/1 and I love it. I had a 11.5/1 Wood racing and when I changed it was a different bike. HPR's piston is really light and thats cuts down on your rotating mass and lets it rev faster

Ask Marky. I don't remember which one it was but, I know he tried someone's 14 to 1 and found it heavy and slowed him down compared to his 12 to 1 due to its in ability to rev quickly.

You should be able to get him by getting onto On Dunes Performance.

A buddy around the corner from me has the HPR 14 to 1. I've never run against him with his current set-up.

The Bom: Is this a Pami piston or one of yours?

So either the HPR or the BOM's piston would be a good choice? Do you recomend changing the stay bolts and does it use one or two base gaskets?
