Does anyone know where the vin number that is inscribe on the frame is. I bought my bike from someone out of california and now am tring to register it. they said that there should be a vin inscribe on it. Is this true??? And if so where?

 

i think mine was right under my airbox on the frame, i had to really look to see it, you have to take your air box off to see it

 

its there and theres a sticker on the frame under ur motor on the brake side near the rad

 

so it is under the air box. thanks

 

On 2003 its under the seat around where the air box is or was.
