yes,in Swiss we can drive atv on the street but have to do homologation,and decreasse the power ( KW or NM)...but after test,we do back the power to original) and put some equipment like mirror ,horn,etc.not all atv have a homologation,in Swiss only for four strok (4 Tak).if i combine the price inUsa and Swiss are very big different,I bought my Baja on 2002 for 24000 Swiss franch ( 1 USD = 1,19 CHF ) New and homolog(street legal) the price for my Scrambler 500 4x4 year 2001 (new) is CHF 17,000.the predator (still working for homologation) will sell for CHF 18.000,without homologation cost you CHF 14,500.....I mean this is CRAZY... if I combine to USA.
I bought all performance parts from rick ritter for my scrambler,its cost only half than if I buy here.
the tacho I mention is original bombardier baja tacho,I though is the same like trial tach that I bought for my scrambler( with magnet on disc brake).ok,it is very nice to know some expert rider like you,I wish you all the best and thanks alot for your help.best regards,Dedu,Sweetzerland.

 

i have a problem with my tach. when i shut the bike off the tach will slowly climb to about the 2 mark as soon as i turn the key back on it will adjust back to 0.do i have some kind current running through it like a badn sensor or something
