Your injectors are numbered correctly. What I was meaning is the wires for the upper and lower set of injectors. You can easily put the upper set on the lower injectors and vice versa. It cause the uppers to spray the fuel all the time and the lowers to be the backups. It screws with atomization and other things.
1000rr.net is the best place for info on the bike. There are a few techs on there that know what they are talking about. The might be reluctant to help since it is in a ATV and not a track bike.
Here is some recent info on the DK ECU. ECU. You can do a search for more info.
I would think if you are tuning with wideband, and had the ECU and/or PC, you could replace the lower injector with a larger one that has a longer duty cycle and eliminate the upper injectors all together. If you are using it for drag only, you won't be worried about the lower RPM problems that can be associated with the larger injectors. The RR uses the returnless style system with adjustable regulator. I don't know if the ECU can adjust the regulator or not. If it can it would work perfectly for you.
