Oh one other thing - there was a spinning noise associated with the machine noise after the motor stopped. Thats all I can remember from 2 years ago - I had a little too much LDS in my youth.

Has anyone tried to richen the low speed screw a little and turn up the idle just a hair ? , my 01 had this kickback problem and thats all I had to do , and that was with a ron wood box ! I have an 04 now and the Janssen racing box ---NO PROBLEMS at all ! I did the same steps to insure a no problem install .

I have a TM45 and the pilot jet is too rich right now, I'll swap it out the CDI and raise the idle speed and give it a shot.
