Default Rear Brakes

My brakes were gettin wore out on my 01 DS, so i decided to change them. I change the pads out and put it all back together. I refilled the res. When i went to test the brakes, they will only slow the quad down a little. The brakes should lock up the back wheels. Also the pads seem to be very slow to the rotor and infact touch the rotor some of the time without applyin the brakes. The brake line shouldn't have any air in it anymore.

Is there a way to adjust the brakes? or any other ways to solve?

Sounds like air in the line to me.............. might want to try and bleed it some more.
Maybe the piston got bound up or something during assy?

You mentioned that the line shouldn't have any air in it anymore, but it sounds like you may have air in the line, or caliper. I'd suggest bleeding it, and refilling with new fluid.
Also, and I know this may sound stupid, but you may want to double check that you have the right pads...lol.
