Default 2000 headlight and chain roller questions

Hey all, awhile back I recall somebody looking to do a project and needed a headlight with good mirrored backing, and I believe he said the tabs were not a concern. I searched the forum and couldn't find the thread. Anyway, just picked up a 2000 DS this morning that I won on eBay and am in the middle of tearing it down to clean it up, repair and replace anything that might need it and then loctite everything as I reassemble. I found on my 01 and 03 that a little loctite saves a lot of headache.
As you might imagine, the headlight tabs were broken, but the glass and coating are in perfect condition.
This bike spent a lot of time in a garage but it’s last ride was in some heavy mud out in the desert and a good detailed cleaning wasn’t done up under the body.
Last question, I know on this model that the chain roller has a history of not being very reliable. Does anyone know what size the replacement should be? There are several different models on eBay right now for decent prices, but the manual doesn’t list a size. They seem to run between 30-40mm.
Whoever needed the headlight it is yours for just the shipping cost.
Anyone planning on attending the ATV MXTRAVAGANZA in October? See ya there.

I bought a chain roller through on dunes. Way better than the stocker. I think blackhawk runs a skate board wheel. You could beat up one of th curb squirrels in your neighborhood and steal his skateboard....lol
