FatHolly,

Did you also go with the On Dunes Hi Perf H20 flow kit ?

It would seem that should help a lot with the fan / heat issue.

Since I already had to replace the radiator I was hoping that would take care of any issues. If it does not I will be looking into the ODP water pump... and if that doesn't work I might be forced to loose a few pounds! That is the absolute last resort, however.

Hey FatHally I to need a new radiator, I had a slight mishap and my knee caved in my stock one,YES it did leave a mark!!!!! So now I need a new one. Who is PWR? Did it mount up nicely?

Mounted up perfectly. You have to take off the steering stem, the oil tank, and one of the coils. It helps to have two people. One on each side to help push/pull it into place, and move any wires. Fit and finish is as good as any high quality hot rod radiator. I found mine on ebay.
