Default 730 oil out the exhaust bolts

Hey sandholic glad it was nothing real serious. Eric hooked me up with the 730 big bore with 13 to 1 compression, Race ported intake, Race ported head with oversized stainless steal valves, shim under valve spring set with titanium retainers, HR4-DRP Drag race cams for high compression, high rev engines, HR Lectron 48mm Custom High velocity single power jet, independent floats, choke, bleed air circuit, pressure relief slide, NoToil air filter with precharger, no air box lid, moose billet aluminum thumb throttle, Big gun Quiet series exhaust with no baffal or anything inside other than the fiberglass wrap, Barnnet 9 disk clutch with RW 60 % springs, Triple buff 6 paddle 22x11x8 Skat Trak Haulers on DW8x8 4/110 aluminum 10mm, 3+5 honda atc 250 sx front, With a White Brothers piece of crap cdi box that will be changed in the near future, and i will be adding a 6 inch extended swing arm cromoly when my wife gets over how much i spent on this build. I weigh 305 and i could not believe the power this thing had out there on the dunes and at the drags. I dont believe i left anything out. They said i should be pushing 70 plus hp.

My engine setup is pretty much identical to your except I am running the HPR 3 cams. I also had an issue with the valve seal as I mentioned before, but Eric is a stand up guy and took care of it right away.

Do you know which valve seal went? intake or exhaust? I just do see how you could be burning the oil and your plug still looks clean. You should of saw my plug, the oil was caked on thick.

My motor has been running great so far. Glad you got yours fixed

I guess it would be the exhaust valve on the left hand side. I took the head pipes off and with a mirror and a flashlight you could see where the valve guide was letting the oil through. Eric said the valve guide should be flush with the head where mine dropped down about 2 mm and has twisted a little bit inside the hole. The only place where there was alot of crap built up was on that one valve. Im gonna pull the head off and send it to Eric, he told me not to worry about it couse we will get it fixed. You would think dumping the oil like that it would not run very well, it sure shocked me. where is Northridge California? Im located in the central valley about 18 miles west of Fresno.

Northridge is near LA.

At 4SW my 730 was running good, but you could see me coming from a mile away with all my smoke. That and after every ride I was adding almost 1/2 quart of oil!
