Hey scatter mine was set at 2 and a half turns out. Open up the lid on your moose thumb throttle then push the throttle wide open .make sure the cable goes between the grooves of the end linkage. That took care of my rough spot . throttle is smooth.

 

Going to work on some more tonight after it cools down. its been in the high 90's this last week. I did check the throttle adjuster groove and it was catching a little on the groove. I will play with the needle a little tonight now that I know how to adjust it.
