time to bid adieu...pricing

I have to part with my '00 ds650. Everything is running fine with it. I'm just wondering how much I should sell it for? I have no idea what the market price for it is. Any help? (i don't need any clowns saying $1 etc.)

From Kelly Blue Book. Depending on condition, I bet you can fetch $2500 - $3000. If you have mods, it's better to add the OEM equipment back and part out the mods.

2000 Bombardier DS650
1-Cylinder
4-Stroke
653cc
Suggested Retail Value $3610
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the unit has been fully reconditioned and is in excellent condition. Mileage/condition and additional equipment may have a substantial impact on the value shown above. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the unit's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions.

I bought 2 2000 DS's a year ago that were both in excellent condition very low hours( the tires were barely worn, ) for 3K ea. The guy had been trying to sell them for a few weeks at that point without much interest. It's a shame that there isn't much of a market for used DS's they are a great machine if they have been taken care of with a lot of life left in em.
