Maybe someone can help me but yesterday was at the trailhead for Bearwallow on the H/M and there was this white truck pulling this huge white trailer. Both units had California tags on them but that is not what intrigued me. They had a utility that they had covered up so like any nosey person LOL I sat for a while talking to the Ranger and he said the guys came in bought permits and used a credit card and told him they would need a receipt for reimbursement.

OK now to the quad while setting there for what seemed like an hour they uncovered the one quad and it looked like a Japanese quad of some sort as it went blurring by. The engine in the unit was painted black I assume to keep the details from being obvious however I believe it was a Yamaha/Bombardier as the sport behind it sort of resembled the 700 Raptor that was in Dirt Wheels or could it have been the new DS we keep hearing about? What a time to not have a digital camera.

Whatever they were they sounded nice.
