How much for a Busa motor?

I have a question for the guy's who've done the 'Busa conversions, or have at least looked into the cost of building one of these monsters.....
I ran into a friend today, who recently laid down his 'Busa at around 80mph. He's willing to sell me the motor, and all necessary electronics. It's got around 80,000 miles on it, and runs great.
He's gonna call me this weekend, so I can go look at the stuff, and talk about what he want's for it.
What's a fair price for these parts? Can someone give me a heads up on what parts I must have off of this bike to do the conversion?
Thank's for the info!!!

This particular 'Busa was the last year before the governor was added to tone down the MPH, so it's a few years old. It was his "daily driver", thus the high miles. He was religous in taking care of it, so it was a good runner prior to the accident.
With that mileage in mind, what would a fair price be?

Bigger. . . I saw those "Car Kit" motors on eBay. What's the deal with them?
Are they for a Sand Rail Car? What else are people putting these things into?

When they sell the motor with all the electronics, wiring and Radiator, which is all you need to get the motor running, they call the whole bundle a "car Kit" . ou can use the motor for anything from a quad, to a sand rail, to a go-cart, etc etc....
FYI,
When buying a "car Kit' like I did. Most don't come with any of the handle bar switches, controls , or the speedo/Tach instrument panel. That stuff ends up costing you another $400.
