Default Some bogging

My bike has a delay and some bogging usually in third gear if I have been cruising and then punch the throttle. I have to pull in the clutch or downshift, when I never had to before. I'm going to lean it out some, checked my plugs today and they were way dark, bike is running really rich and then I am going to replace plugs as well, anymore ideas?

Okay, just got in from a ride.... I killed it and was sitting on top of a hill watching some dirt bikes jump. I went to start it up again and it wouldn't start. Fan didn't come on, but it was hot. Could I have gone through another fan controll switch? This is the thermostat that's before the radiator, I am talking about. I jumped the fan when I got home and the fan works. I have to wait for it to cool and see if it will start. BTW: battery isn't dead cuz it has a full charge on it still! Any ideas?

Anyway, I am dead tired, I pushed that damn thing the whole way home... that's really hard to do, that pig!

Yeah, I'm beginning to think it is my rectifier.... It's not starting or anything and the battery is showing 11.3. Hesitant to replace it because it's so expensive!
