bogging down

Default bogging down

i just bought a new filter that connects right to the carb.when i put it on and ran it my quad started bogging down if hit the gas .anyone have this problem to

If its the stock carb you need to run the air box

Sounds like you need to rejet. I used to run my stock carb with no airbox. No-toil filter with outwear attached to the snorkle not direct mount. the snorkle helps to get some velocity going into the carb. My jetting was 172.5 @ 4200ft. elevation. and 180 @sea level. needle in 4th clip. hope this helps. Hey Crazy, Sorry to hear about your motor. Hope you get it up and running soon again.
