thanx guys for ur answers ... I'm asking thies question coz im selling my 7mill drag banshee and i dont want any punk come and beat me and im with busa engine.
BTW ... I talk to Dstroyer and he is really very knowledge and supernice guy
I talked also to PCT ( Streetbike quad builder ) and he replied me with this msg
" complete busa motor and bike in one of our frames will run you 15 to 18k depending on what suspension and options you choose.
Keep in mind this isnt a stock frame thats been modified to fit a busa motor, its a didicated frame that handles and has the lowest possible center of gravity, fuel tank is mounted up front and below CG line.
They also have 13.2 front wheel travel and 15in rear travel "
what do u think guys?
Yo Jeff dou get the chain ?

18k seems high to me. But Ive shopped around and have had a few different quotes. I found a guy down here to do the fab work for around 3k, average busa motor 3k, rolling chassy 2k and misc. swingarm wiring install and such 1500.
And add another 1k for a frustrated fab guy who didnt know what he was in for.lol
Jeffroe, for another 1-2k you could have had a gsxr1000 INSTALLED???? ready to roll maybe?

hind site being 20/20 i would not have spent that much on the 730 but one thing rolled into another. i did want to keep a fast jumper around to switch off between the busa and a lighter trail thrasher. the one thing people forget about doing a conversion is all the little stuff but man does it add up. this is what i have had to do with mine sense i bought the basic machine with the motor in the frame running for $15k last fall.
1. +12" swing arm chrome moly w/powder coat $1400
2. really good shocks (elka dune w/heavier springs and custom valving, only if you want to do more than drag race) $2500
3. rear sprocket 60 tooth steel (buy a cheap alum and you will need a new one every trip) $250
4. brute strenth chain (no candy azz 520 hear) $400
5. i run a 25" custom built rear tire w/13 ripper paddels on 190 wheels $1000
6. i ended up replacing all the bearings (front and rear) new brakes (front and rear) this motor is hard on brakes and bearings. $500
7. in my case new painted plastic and custom seat with center gripper (acts like velcro for the azz) $1000
8. powder coat the frame $700
9. chromed the front Aarms (just a little bling for the ladies) $300
so when i say i have $20k plus invested in mine it's not all bull, it really can add up on top of the base cost of the conversion.
p.s. i would do it all over again, plus the chick's dig it (well ok the "fat chicks", but there still chicks right?)

The chicks dig it huh??? LOL
He is right, its the little stuff that eats up the funds on these things.
Mario, I like how you put that, " add anothre 1k for a frustrated fab guy, that didnt know what he was in for". Along with that 1 - 2 K extra, you can add 6 to 10 weeks extra for the build. We have someone in our ATV club right now, that sent a GSXR600 motor along with a DOWN payment of 8700 bucks to a builder in North Carolina, to build him a machine. He was quoted 12 grand and 6 weeks to do the job. Its been 3 months and still has another to go. Funny, but not really funny. These things are definately the way to go, like Jeffroe said, he WOULD do it all over again. You are just going to need the patience to wait, wait, and wait some more while your builder figures out the small details that take OH so much time.
Weve got a nitrous injected gsxr 1000 motor here going into a Rappy frame, this is going to be sweet. My wife has cleared my project for the winter, but I may put the brakes on it after finding out how much the turbo was going to be. It was going to be a drag only turbo busa. The adjustable garret turbo is 5300 samolies for that motor. I believe, it would also need nitrous to remove the lag of the turbo off the line, and the expenses are looking to get out of my budget very quickly. Seeing how Im a poor fellow, my budget is ridiculously low.
I say good luck on the build, and just remember to have the patience with them, the bugs to work out are endless on the fuel injected motors, but when they are done, you will grin from ear to ear.

Gary, That 1k EXTRA was on the LOW side too (lol). The guy actually owns a speed shop and when I first talked to him about the project he said he had done a conversion before with a Lt 500 frame. He initially quoted me 1k. I laughed and told him I would give him 2500-3k... It is by NO means an easy task. I just cant see EVER spending 8 K on a DS motor, That is insane!! Especially with a core. But thats just me.
Jeffroe, You do have the ultimate dune machine, I bet them paddles chuck a roost a city block. I am impatiently waiting for the doctor to heal me so I can jump on the bike and race up the hill.
Im chomping at the bits.
AND HEY, fat girls need love too!!!!right

it's just that it's hard to beat 180hp (stock form without anything done to it) with a single cylinder motor, or even a twin 2 stroke no matter whats been done to it. i spent almost $8k rebuilding my 760 when it blew up!! it makes 65hp at the tire. i paid $15k for my busa quad done only had to ad the plastic and now elka shocks. but go up to the fast guy at the hill and ask him how much he has spent on broken parts getting to the fastest class. there heavier and alot more fab work but the brute power (be like putting 1500hp in a street car) is hard to describe.
the only thing i have had trouble with was the +12 swing arm, broke 2 but one was my fault (don't jump it the way i did) and the other was an alum arm that just wasn't strong enough (now have a chrome moly arm that will last forever) but idle around all day, putt putt with the kids and go run the fastest at the park and most always win.
