H remember that i had gernaded my 760 so bad that the only thing reusable was the cases, there is a big savings when you can get a core charge credit for a usable cylinder, head, cams, tranny, crank, rod ect. the cams alone have a $300+ core charge. plus my tranny was junk that was $$$$. so to say i spent $8k for 65 hp isn't really accurate. after we are done with the new slip on exhaust and exhaust cam tuning this 730 with low compression piston (pump gas) will be well over 70hp!! try that with bolt on stuff.

I bought another ECM and another Fuel-pump and still NO FIRE or juice to the Fuel pump. my next move is to get me a factory speddo, so I can take t to the Honda Mechanic, and let them trouble shoot it using their computer codes.

I am in the process of selling the house, and moving 50 miles away, so who the heck knows when I will get to ride HER (yes it is officially a BITCH!!)

Kyle - sorry to hear you're having electrical issues , I'm about 2-3 weeks away from trying to start the Gixxer 1000 , I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't turn into an electrical nightmare. I bought the gauges with that very reason in mind, should be easier to trouble shoot with the LCD code display.
Good luck to you!

BullsEye,

welcome to the Forum.

I'm not sure if you can help me out, but I'm about to pull my hair out with my electrical problems on my 954 DS conversion. any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to beg in public, but I'm desperate

I have no spark to the plugs, and no 12v to the fuel pump(does not try to prime).

I have troubleshooted the Bank Angle sensor, bypassed the clutch switch, and kick stand switch. Tested out the Engine Stop Relay, and Fuel relay and have double checked all of the fuses. The engine will turn over , and has good compression, but no spark. you can also hear the engine stop relay "click" when you turn on the key( I used the stock DS key switch). I have all the Green ground cables grounded.

I bought another ECM cause I was told that was the problem, but it does the same thing.

Only thing I do not have is the Speedo, I didn't really want one on the bike, but I'm thinking of getting one just to help trouble-shooting. but they are pretty expensive, even through Ebay.

Thanks for taking the interest!

Kyle.
