Default Big Gun Evo X - TM45

Just got my new Big Gun Evo X exhaust for the Baja and i had no idea where to begin with jettin specs so i thro in basically what i had for the HMF to see if it would be close or not, started up no prob but wouldnt let me let the clutch out before cuttin out on me. Does anyone have a big gun and a 45mm carb that could tell me what there jettin is on it? Lookin for pilot jet, needle clip position, air/fuel screw setting, and main jet.
Its a sharp lookin pipe, i like the red tip, sounds nice too, just love the ceramic coating on it, cant wait to see how it performs when jetted correctly, course by the time i get it the weather will change and it still wont be 100% lol

Right now i have a 35 pilot, 160 main, needle clip on 2nd from the bottom, and 2 3/4 turns out on the mixture screw. It goes now but pops and backfires like thats its job, and sputters under mid throttle.

If you dont have your accelerator pump activated then you Pilot jett is too small. Main jet sounds about right though.

bigger.

I use #97 needle on 2nd groove from top, 30 pilot, air screw 3/4-1 turn out from seated, #50 pump nozzle set to squirt from just off idle to 3/4 throttle, and your main jet will be between 160-170. Just for FYI, I run a 167.5 here at home right now at sea level.

Yea i have the pump activation, isnt it that if you turn your air/fuel screw out so many turns it tells you if you need a larger or smaller pilot jet, for example to turn the screw out 4 turns your pilot jet is to small or somethin like that? I think im at 1550 elevation so i'll prob need a bigger main jet, prob try in between 35 and 45 pilot jet, i guess it'll just be guess and test until i get it right, man that fuel injection is lookin sweet !!!!
