First Ride After DynoTune : - )
#1
Hi everyone,
I just got back from my first real ride since upgradeing the following parts...
(Full RW exhaust, TM45 carb, w/ported intake, 60% stiffer clutch springs) & Dyno tuned.
All I can say is WOW : - ) I am so stoked with the performance of the bike. It runs really STRONG with the combination of the listed parts.
When You stab the throttle and she pulls Hard all the way to the Red line or where the valves start floating, shif and let her rip some more.
I ran several runs againins my friends Moded 686 Raptor and I was still in the lead even with the stock DS head and bore! Life is good !
Thanks so much guys for all you help.

JMAC650,
Thanks
I am pretty stoked the bike really runs like it should. I know we always want more and most folks never say this but I think I am done with the mods for a while.
I am pretty content with it. Now its time to go shoot some Dunes and drink some Beers !!!! as its Glamis time : - )
I think I am going to loose the PROCOMM cdi as I am experancing some weird back-lash and starting problems.
Just not worth the trouble ! I just can't afford the repair bill especially if its CDI related its kind of self inflicted and they have no liability what so ever.
So the stocker goes back on but all should be good...
See ya
Thanks
