Well, we have had ours for 7 months now and put several hundred miles on it and it has done everything we hoped it would. It has started and run without a hitch at sea level and over 7000 ft. It easily outruns a competitor's 400 and is almost as fast as a 500 both with an adjustable jet device at 7000. No complaints what-so-ever.

PS why not the XT? The only difference is tires, hand guards, front and rear bumpers and winch. (Did I miss something?)

I have an 04 outlander with 1000 miles on it, I bought it new. The ride is great, it is very nimble, handles well. It is snappy for a 400. The tires look like they are wearing too much. The only thing I am dissapointed with is the shifting is not smooth, a lot of the time you have to rock the machine to get it to shift, this is known as the outy hump! I would buy another but I wish they would do something to make it shift better. I think plowing would be difficult as it would be a pain going from L0 to Reverse manny times.
