Interesting. . . .

I met a guy at Sand Mt. that made me something like that. Actually, he made two and I sold one to my buddy who is still running it.

I stopped running it because I went to the dual FCR's. He's still running the TM45.

He really likes it if for nothing else, it locks the intake on the carb. He kept having trouble keeping his direct mount filter on the carb intake. With the screw on the cross-member of the sub-frame he doesn't have to worry about that anymore.

Also. . . .
Noticed you cut your frame cross-member near your carb! I did that too to fit the FCR's. Didn't think you would need to do that for the TM45???

Haven't run an upper motor mount for a few years (knocking on wood). . . and not saying a word more or I'll get Jinxed!!!

What clutch are you running? Is that a braided clutch cable???

Man, that seat is freekin' huge! I like the suade look cover to it though. Now you just need some nice models crawling all over the seat and take a few pictures (oops, mind wandering again )

its actually a stock clutch w rwr hd springs. the cable is a terrycable production i had made about 3 years ago.

i modified the frame my last crash when i took everything down to the frame and had it all powdercoated. it wasnt for the tm45, i actually did it for ease of removing the head. dosnt make any more difference in vibration. as far as stress on the frame, i doubt it.

I wonder if that actually makes more HP than a stock tube.

Hey there Fourwheelphreek,

Just curious, what that ran you price wise ?
and
If RW is making them a production item ?

As I am looking to perform the same upgrade.

Thanks
