I had MANY electrical problems when I had my Pig. Especially after new powdercoating.

I agree with AZ.

I solved SOME of my problems by making sure I had a good ground.

Now if I could have solved all my issues!

I miss my Pig!

UP DATE: Bad rectifier, it wasn't doing it's job and caused the battrey to get over charged (Putting out 21.2 volts) Bombardier is replacing the rectifier and the battrey. I should be able to pick it up Friday evening or Saturday morning..... They also told me that if the rectifier has been bad all along that it could do all sorts of weird things like drain the battrey. I just thought I would throw that out there! 21.2 volts may be a bit of an overkill

Topper I had a similar problem with my DS and when i took it to the dealer they told pretty much the same. Bad rectifier. Azsand and Bombsaint opened my eyes to my current build. I will check the ground connections very closely.

Now MrNeg needs to see what might be causing his problems.

Once I get it back I plan on going through the whole ground electrical problem. I also asked if this will be on record if I keep having the same issue. They told me it will all be on Bombardier paper work. Hopefully I won't have a problem any more.
