so what exactly do the stock carb upgrades include? also, does it take a genius to tune it in to run correctly?

The lectron 46 or TM45 are both good options, tune either and they will suit your needs, if you have in-experience in tuning on carbs the TM 45 will be easier for you to jet for your needs , the lectrons need more TLC and vast experience, JMO
